Sprawdzić błedy.
On the world there is a problem with high unemployment. Many people can't find work.
Competition in the labor market is large so it's important are the skills and experience to find a job. Most employers require experience, so young people are helpless. Wages are low and the expectations of the employer as to the skills and experience are huge so often decide to go abroad. People who want to work in the country usually studying, working to gain the skills and at the same time experience so that in the future they had no problem with finding a better job.
I think that the skills and experience are very important factor to find a job. On the basis of these factors the employer decides whether to hire an employee.
