REKLAMACJA czy ktoś potrafi ją napisać?
Hej a więc tak.. muszę zrobić reklamacje podobną do tej pod spodem ale musi to być inny produkt i wgl.. proszę pomóżcie ja z niemieckiego jestem beznadziejna.. chodzi o zrobienie takiej reklamacji ale z innym przykładem.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
die von mir am 5. August 20..bestellten 50 emaillierten Kochtopfe und 70 Kupferpfannen habe ich heute erhalten. Beim Auspacken der Kupferpfannen stellte ich fest, dass sie in einwandfreiem Zustand hier eingetroffen sind. Leider kann ich das nicht von den Kochtopfen sagen.Die Kontrolle hat ergeben, dass 15 Topfe erhebliche Emailschaden aufweisen und nicht verkauft werden konnen.
Ich stelle Ihnen die beschadigten Topfe zur Verfugung und bitte um sofortige Ersatzlieferung.
