(ciasto biszkoptowe)
Man nimmt zwei Gla"ser Weizenmehl, vier Eier, anderthalb Gla"ser Zucker und zwei Teelo"ffel Backpulver. Zuerst wirft man den ganzen Zucker in eine grosse Schu"ssel, dann gibt man gibt man Eier dazu. Man mischt alles mit einem Holzlo"ffel 2-3 Minuten lang, so dass der Zucker sich aufslo"sen kann.
Danach gibt man Mehl mit Backpulver dazu und wieder mischt man alles mit dem Holzlo"ffel bis eine feine Masse entsteht.
Abschliessend fu"llt man die Masse in eine Backform und stellt in den Ofen fu"r ungefa"hr 40-45 Minuten. Den Kuchen kann man mit Schokoladeglasur streichen. Guten Appetit!
