Mam problem z przetłumaczeniem tych 2 zdań:
He run like hell through the Scratches. Right below me. (amerykański angielski)
Nie jest to praca szkolna i nie potrzebuje natychmiastowej odpowiedzi.
Jestem pewna, że pierwsze zdanie nie będzie brzmieć jak by się za nim paliło, ewentualnie coś o podobnym znaczeniu.
Dzięki za odpowiedź.
Zadanie jest zamknięte. Autor zadania wybrał już najlepsze rozwiązanie lub straciło ono ważność.

Więc "run like hell" to znaczy "biec bardzo szybko", potocznie: "zapitalać jak jasna cholera";-) Natomiast The Scratches to przygodowa gra komputerowa z dziedziny horrorów - czyli "uciekał jak jasna cholera jakby zobaczył zjawę". "Just below me" - tuż pode mną.
